Let me talk about my own experience in life.  In the early 1980’s I visited a Picasso Art show in San Francisco, California.  Yes, he was already making quite a name for himself and his prices for his artwork were not for the faint of heart, but at the time of the show, were all under $10,000 with the average price being $7,000.  Fast forward to today and the very same paintings that were offered in that show would bring six and seven figures.  Yes, there is no doubt, a great investment.

The bottom line is, if you see something that speaks to you, something you feel you can relate to and will be cherished on top of that, then please think seriously about being a collector as well as an investor.  I realize my artwork doesn’t reach every single person in the world, I’m good with that, that’s what makes me an artist.  While I would be over the moon if every single person in the world wanted to buy my style(s) of artwork, I am realistic.  But I am happy to report that I now have my artwork all throughout the United States and also in Canada, Japan, Indonesia, England, France, Sweden, Spain and Germany.  It’s lovely to think about a world-wide presence for sure!  I’m blessed, I know, but I continue to hear from my collectors and have many repeat collectors through the Rent to Own program.
