FAQs

  • FAQ:  LONGEST LASTING MEDIUM
  • Watercolor is the longest lasting medium an Artist can use IF the Creator of the Art uses high grade, non-fugitive (won’t fade) watercolor paints.  Ms. LaCasse uses professional grade watercolor paints AND beautiful cotton watercolor paper.
  • FAQ:  WATERCOLOR PAPER
  • Watercolor “paper” is not made from woods, as wood pulp breaks down over time to become compost.  Watercolor paper is made from 100% cotton.  When paired with high grade professional watercolor paints as Ms. LaCasse uses, the painting will last throughout the next centuries.  Of course, the original painting must be kept in a dry environment and use glass to protect the painting.
